  • Identification and evaluation of possible improvements and necessary variants during the normal operation of the client’s plant
  • Representation of the client in his relations with public bodies and authorities in the fulfilment of obligations associated with the plant
  • Preparation of all the documentation required to operate the plant
  • Assistance in obtaining further licences to operate the plant and sell energy subsequent to start-up
  • Assistance in identifying maintenance contractors, if not already selected by the client
  • Drafting and management of contracts of tender, supply and service for the maintenance of the buildings and systems
  • Supervision of maintenance contractors
  • Verification of the correct compilation and control of the plant’s technical documentation
  • Verification and approval of urgent and priced maintenance work
  • Reading of metres at the start of each month to ascertain energy production levels during the previous month and to permit billing for energy supplies
  • Monthly notification of incoming and outgoing payments (supplier payments, third party invoices, production figures etc.)
  • Fulfilment of client obligations imposed by Safety, Quality and Environment Management plans
  • Identification and evaluation of possible improvements and necessary variants during the normal operation of the client’s plant, and their submittal to the client for approval
